scary situation!

So I was shopping at target with my almost 4 year old I'm 28 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I start getting hot and out of breathe and get a spot of blurred vision in my right eye so I close that eye and continue shopping at a little faster pace thinking it's just getting to warm in target for me...... well by the time I reach the check out I have a good amount in the cart and I have about 20% vision and feel cross eyed... cashier probably thought I was a jerk but I was trying my best not to freak out! I kinda speed walk the cart to the car put the groceries and little one in the car and blast the air and start drinking water... I message my friend who always has the answers to everything and message my ob. I start to get my vision back and look at my pupils they are tiny and aren't fluctuating makes me freak out so I text my husband he freaks out. I decide to call the ob office and have an advice nurse call! Told her blurred vision headache did eat since yesterday morning bloated yesterday, but no swelling. I was literally 5 mins from the drs office I drive there because by then I can see and feel I can make it to the office! I'm in the parking decide to call they get me in check BP super great (125/79) she says I notice your due for your glucose test go eat wait an hr then come and do the test. She it could be that or some other crazy word where basically all the blood and nutrients rush to your stomach giving you like a headrush, hoping it's that flash forward two hrs take the test, last night got results... blood sugar 168😩 looks like I'll be doing a three hr test to confirm gestational
