Guys I am so confused with this tracking stuff I'm not sure when to bd
So my work mom said your fertile days are day 13 and 14 and to bd on thoes days
So today is day 13 and tomorrow is day 14
But my opk came back negative today meaning I didn't ovulate yet?
According. To glow my best days are Monday and Tuesday
So which days do I bd? Everything is conflicting information
