chart and possible implantation cramping?
Hi there, I'm new to charting. Am I on the right track for pregnancy? I know I'm not far enough along to test. Yesterday as I was about to get up , I had a sharp almost shock like feeling on my lower right abdomen that lasted a few seconds. It took my breath away for a little bit. Is it possible that was implantation? I've never felt anything like it. It literally stopped be in my tracks & made me curl over.
