evening primrose oil??

Question

Anybody take evening primrose oil? This is my third pregnancy & want to try it. What week should I start taking it? & how much at a time? I'm almost 32wks now!

I took it for my cm to get pregnant, ive never heard of it during pregnancy whats it do?

I was super set on taking it until I read more into it and it's actually recommended NOT to take it while pregnant 😏 to each their own of course but I just read enough to make me change my mind about taking it
