diclegis and symptom free??

Question

I took diclegis last night for the first time and when I woke up this morning I felt amazing. I could actually eat and function. It's been 15 hours since my original dose and besides a fleeting moment of nausea here and there I feel fine. Should I be worried? My nausea was never controlled this well on zofran and it seems too good to be true? Anyone else have similar responses to diclegis? I don't want to feel gross all day everyday just to feel secure in the status of my pregnancy.

Diclegis was my life save through 2 of my last pregnancies with my daughters because I had hyperemesis with both of them. It is a delayed release medicine which works over hours and you basically keep taking the prescribed doses to keep u symptom free over time. Don't be worried at all...it's just doing its job. Trust me....enjoy this feeling and eat while you can!!😂

Plus also...it has been classified a category A medicine for pregnant women meaning it has no negative side affects for mom or baby. It's a safe as your gonna get 😉

Diclegis was the best thing ever for me. I was so glad when I could finally eat again lol.

It worked amazing for me for about 3 weeks, then i was sick again to the point i couldn't keep down anything, even the cute little pills. Now i'm on both diclectin and zofran and the zofran helps so that i can actually take the diclectin, and i had my dose of diclectin increased in the hospital once they got my sickness under control via IV

Love this medication! I have been on it for a little over a month because I was so sick I lost a lot of weight, zofran  didn't help at all. I have finally gained weight and I'm 24 weeks. I've only been sick twice in the past month with this medicine.

I am and have been on it. I was violently vomiting every day. Once they put me on phenegran AND the diclegis, I only vomit a couple of times a day. Everybody is different!

It worked so great for me. It made me really sleepy the first few days but I needed that sleep, I was so nauseous all the time it was horrible. Couldn't sleep couldn't function. It really helped me a lot. Once I got to sec9nd trimester I slowly stopped taking it and I was fine.

I'm so jealous. I'm following to hear what others say and see if it's something that might work for me. I'm 9.5 weeks and it's a daily struggle.

Unisom and b6 is apparently the same and it has worked much better for me than zofran did my previous two pregnancies :) last two times I NEVER felt even decent and threw up every couple hours every day  and this time I usually only get sick once or twice a day and have rarely had days of no puking...so while my result still isn't amazing on it's own, in comparison it has helped A LOT
