I dont feel pregnant anymore!?

So my husband and I were trying for 8 years. Finally we got a positive àbout 1 week and a half ago. I was having cramps all day like a bad period and super sore breast. I am now 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant. But for the last 4-5 days I haven't felt my cramps all day anymore. They have came and left for a slight sec every other day here and there and my breast aren't super sore anymore, just slightly. I don't see my obstetrician untill Thursday. I'm starting to worry that I miscarried. Maybe my cramps were a miscarriage? I never bled. I'm freaking out! Help please.
