how Dangerous is it to take your vitamins twice?

Sometimes I cant remember if I have taken it or not for that day so I rather not take it but I was just Wondering is it dangerous to take it twice?

There's an alarm you can add on glow, I just write "take prenatals" and it reminds me everyday to take them lol

Once in a while, you should be fine taking them again. It would make you sick if you were constantly doubling the dose like every day. It also won't hurt you to skip a day.
