dying and coming back stories

My father got into a terrible motorcycle accident wherein he basically powderized both of his femurs. He died 4 times on the way to the hospital and required 23 blood transfusions. He said he doesn’t remember what happened with his body, because he wasn’t there. He was sitting somewhere really warm that felt familiar talking to so of his older family members and he said when he would try to stand up to join their circle shaped group one of them would come over and push him back down. They’d tell him he shouldn’t be so eager to join them and that it wasn’t time for him to go yet.  He said the last time he tried to get up someone punched him so hard in the head that he felt like he’d blacked out, and when he woke up he was in the hospital’s ICU.”
This isn't my story, just a story I found online which is weird because my sister died from an overdose 4 times and said that she was like a floating piece of paper and she felt free. She said that everything went black and that there was a pink light above her. And then she felt like she was getting hit, over and over again. The harder she got hit the lower she got until she "slammed" back onto the hospital bed and that's when she woke up. She said it happened every single time and that death felt so peaceful she got angry everytime she slammed back into the table (brought back) They were doing cpr on her. I was watching the entire thing, she overdosed and was taken by ambulance and I followed there and stood outside of the room watching her die, wake up and look around and die again. When she woke up she'd try to sit up and hit the nurse in the arm and the nurse ignored her.  She was dying as she got there and I don't think they had a warning, she was just rushed into them and they were on it, not ready at all but on it. they sent someone to get the things to shock her (don't know what they're called) but she kept dying and they would say "no pulse" and go back to work.  I gained major respect for ER nurses after that, those people showed no fear and were relentless with keeping her alive.
Do you have any stories? Edit: just to be cleAr, she didn't wake up entirely. She was high but conscious and the consciousness would only last a few short seconds with her flipping shit. After she was stable, she was still waking up having brief fits where she'd scream, grab her I'vs and rip them out violently and slur the word "sorry" over and over again. She didn't regain full consciousness until a full day later. The doctors said it was the drugs she was on that was causing her to act like that. She overdosed on siezure medication.
