I stopped breast pumping in December because of really bad postpartum depression and I just couldn't motivate myself to pump so I gave up but I really want to try again. When I hand express, a few drops come out at a time, I got Fenugreek pills which say they can increase milk supply, and I've read that it's possible to do it as well. Has anyone else done this and succeeded? Any tips?
