EBF but breasts don't leak
I'm a Ftm to a beautiful 4weeks+ baby girl. I'm exclusively breastfeeding her. She's having enough wet diapers (almost as many times as she feeds) and went from her birth weight of 3.6kg to 4.3 kg in a month.
Last night she wouldn't latch. As in I'll try putting the nipple in her mouth and she would choke and not suck. My MIL was in the room and asked if I was having enough milk. She also said that she used to leak soooo much.
I went from 32c to 38D during my pregnancy and I almost never leak. I'll get a spot maybe that too on and off. And I only leaked from my left boob once. Otherwise, none.
My MIL says wearing a bra stops milk and I'm having double thoughts about wearing one now. I get backache if I don't wear one.
I don't hand express or pump either.
TLDR: I don't leak milk, do I have enough supply?
