I think a lot of people on this app are really misinformed about breastfeeding 🤔 If you're sober to drive you're sober to nurse. Pumping and dumping is unnecessary because alcohol leaves your milk like it does your blood when you sober up. The only reason to pump and dump would be so you don't become engorged while you're tipsy.

I always dump but buy the alcohol test strips.. u can test your breastmilk.. my midwife said you don't need to dump with a glass or 2 of wine but with liquor you should bcux the alcohol content is higher
