I'm scared and nervous

I bled a little on May 19th(pink blood) them more in May 26th(red blood). I'm very nervous because I don't feel like I have my symptoms and more. I think I am about 8wks. I have an ultrasound on June 6th and I see my doctor on June 11th. I don't want to call them because I'm afraid I've miscarried again. My first miscarriage was in January. I was 8 weeks with a 5 week baby. My boobs were sore yesterday and I was very nauseous but haven't thrown up yet. Just really scared... ???????????
