So, peak OPK (advanced clearblue) on 5/2. Had left side cramping for about 3 days. Thermal shift on 5/5. Temp went back down on 5/6, and I was hoping to go back up today,..but instead I went Lower...oh and I do snore and a mouth breather..soo, maybe going by bbt isn't the best for me?? I have been checking CM as well and there was a change after 5/4 (day when I was supposed to have ovulated) I'm so confused right now..oh well.
