Really bad breast pain, should I be worried?

It's about midway into my period and my breasts are hurting really bad, like it hurts if they even move a centimeter. Should I be worried? Any idea what's going on?

If it is just pain here and there no but if it is a constant pain than yes.

I had the same thing during my af and when it ended they still hurt .Like it hurts to wear my bra .not sure what's going on .

My breasts hurt for 2 days before AF and 3 days during AF. This is a common issue during period. Feel better soon.
