High with no peak? Will I ovulate?

I am on cycle day 21, still getting highs on my clear blue OPKs I am out of those ... I have a 30-34 day cycle... could I potentially not get a peak this cycle? I also tested on cheapies and it the Lh surge was close to peak it looked like on CD17... help...
