This is my second my first one I only made it to 34 weeks and she was 4 pounds horrible pregnancy the first go-round severe preeclampsia, gestational diabetic

At 5 weeks the baby is incredibly tiny, I would assume it's bloating.

If this is your first one, I would chalk it up to bloating. Something very common in the first trimester. However, if this is not your first, you can start showing sooner. With each pregnancy, I showed a little sooner than the one before. With #6, I looked like I was 5 months pregnant by the time I was 3 months. At 5 months pregnant I looked like I was ready to pop. Lol
