Is it possible?
Is it actually possible to ovulate twice in one cycle? I have crazy cycles that can vary from 33 days to 60, sometimes more, but I am very in tune with my body and I swear I ovulated twice.
I always feel myself ovulate, I get a sharp pain in my lower left or right abdomen that goes within seconds, but is still uncomfortable. When I feel that I know I'm going to have a period soon.
On cycle day 14 I had that sharp pain, followed by light pink spotting that lasted for three days. I was astounded, I had only finished my period a week earlier.
I had the exact pain again on cycle day 18, also followed by slightly darker bleeding.
I've never had his happen to me before. I'm not tracking, I'm not trying to get pregnant, I'm just really aware of myself, and this is kind of thrown me off.
Do you think I've ovulated twice or am just overthinking it?
