Currently experiencing "mittelschmerz"!
I am currently feeling a sharp, cramps pain on my left side in the baby making area. Upon further research it is called "mittelschmerz" or "middle pain". It happens in the middle of your cycle/ovulation time. It is literally the egg busting out of the follicle that carries it. I had sex yesterday, today, and will tomorrow. Here's to hoping my body is telling me I did everything right! 👍🏻
