Hello ladies!! I am 31wks & 4....I been having some terrible right sided pain in my back, that sometimes goes a little bit to my side belly, but its mostly on my back, i have no cramping or contractions, just that terrible pain that feels like someone kicked me for hours in that side..i touch & it hurts so bad, i try side sleeping, warm pads, stretching, lots & lots of water but the pain its just bad..i cough it hurts, i pee it hurts, i turn it hurts, i dont know what to do anymore..baby is moving well like normal..
