Is it bad that my 6 week old slept through the night last night?

As long as your baby is gaining the weight they want it's fine. I slept through the night by 6 weeks. And I'm praying my little guy does the same. He will be 3 weeks Monday and as of now we are doing 4 hour stretches. Hoping within the next few weeks he will sleep a little longer.

i miss when my baby would do that... around 2 months she randomly started sleeping through the night .. for a whole week straight and i was thanking the gods thinking this is it, from now on she will sleep all night. nope, 🤦🏾‍♀️ since 3 months she wakes up like 7 times during the night

Nope. Between 6-8 weeks, my son slept through the night like three random times and then a few days before his 2 month checkup, he started doing it every night and has slept through every night since.

My 3 month old has been sleeping thru the night since 3 weeks. It started as a 6 hr stretch from midnight to 6am (in our room in a bassinet). Then we moved her to her crib and she sleeps 8-9 hrs. now. She's gaining weight on schedule. So I think as long as they're growing it's fine. 😊
