Vaginal Delivery Question

Due to a ton of different reasons, my husband and I haven't had sex since we conceived. Don't be sad for us! We have a fantastic relationship and are intimate in other ways.

That being said, I'm really worried about a vaginal delivery. I want to try it but my baby is measuring SO big and I feel like I'm going to basically be a virgin again when it's time for baby to come out. Has anyone had to be on vaginal rest before delivery? For their entire pregnancy? Did it make it harder?
