I have never been on birth control but I just got put on it and started it yesterday... can I still have sex even though its slowly going through my system or how long until the birth control will be affective?

WAIT! Wait like 2 weeks to be sure! I got pregnant with my daughter because I did not wait long enough for birth control to be effective in my system. I was switching from one to the other and boom my daughter was conceived lol. She's a miracle, but if you're not planning on having children right now than I'd wait at least like 9-14 days
