I am getting a sharp pressure like pain on my lower left abdomen. I was spotting pink and now I'm spotting brown with stretchy cervical mucus. That is not a blood clot. I am 7 days late for my period. When i normally get my period it's vey heavy when it starts. Could this be implantation spotting with implantation cramps.
