Anyone have Vitex suggestions?
My cycles are super long like 40- 45 days and I wanted a natural way to regulate them so I could have a better chance of getting pregnant. Been TTC for 4 months now. Done my research and it says to take 1 a day but have seen some people say to take more. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone used Vitex to help conceive?
