heart beat
I am wondering my obgyn does not have an ultrasound machine in her office so I will have to go a different day. Does that mean I won't hear the heart beat? Or is that a different machine altogether? I'm nervous because my first appointment isn't until I am 9 weeks along and I want to at least have some reassurance!
