HELPPPP!

Ever since I found out I was pregnant my acne got BAD. I've never had bad acne just a few pimples here and there but now there everywhere and I can't get rid of it! I also had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago so I'm no longer pregnant and my hcg is back to 0 as of 2 weeks ago. So idk what to do but I need help!!
