Hi Mommas, I'm 37 and been ttc #1 for over a year. I had a MMC back in Jan at 10 weeks. I've tried tons; accupuncture, supplements, HSG, an IUI cycle and no luck yet. Just wondering if you would share what you did to get your BFPs? ❤️ just looking for some hope!! 🌈

I was 37 when I got pregnant last year of my 1st but had a mmc at 9 weeks.  I am currently 4 weeks pregnant and been praying to keep this baby.

Both pregnancies I was able to conceive with BD one time the whole month.  I used ovulation predictor kits and only BD on day of happy face.  Looking at my calendar, I noticed both pregnancies were achieved by BD on the same cycle day!  The happy face seems to appear around the same time every month.  My cycles are always 28 days, except after the mmc.  Good luck.

We had been trying and had actually just kinda gave up and decided not to worry about it anymore. If it happened it happened. We've been trying for 3 years. Just found out we're expecting 😊 I'm 5w3d. I honestly think the stress and tracking and logging and timing etc. All the things involved in "trying" to get pregnant stressed us and me out so much it just didn't happen. After we "stopped" and relaxed it was about 4 months and now it's finally happened! Maybe we just lucked out idk. But I'd say relax and enjoy each other again without worrying about when and what time and omg I'm ovulating we have to do it etc. Cause I know how not fun that can get. Maybe take a "break" for a little bit and just have some fun together. Worth a shot and better for you to lower the stress on ya. Good luck and baby dust to you! ❤️🤞

My journey was interesting but, I did a 40 day 40 night fast in Honduras with Dr Sebi at Usha Village...After that I started using Herbal Tampons for 4 months straight and adapted a vegan diet based off Sebis Nutritional Guide...I then started meditating and using Yoni eggs with Affirmations through Queen Afuas book Sacred Woman...I continued to consume Dr Sebis herbs through his ex wife's company The Figg Tree and studied the fertility awareness method. I tracked my cycles with FAM for a almost 9 months and figured out my fertile windows...we tried in September and I got pregnant in September (1st try). It was quite an interesting journey. But H1 by The Figg Tree got me right 👌🏽 I am 36 and expecting June 22, I will be 37 July 15th

Keep trying you never know when everything may align. I'm 39 and we are 38 weeks along with our first. Took about 6 months of trying (almost 8 cycles, i have a shorter cycle) , and we conceived the month we went for an hsg test with a fertility doctor to check if my tubes were open, etc. Good luck to you!

First of all, I wish you much success!  I am 37 as well and like you, had a mmc at 9.5 weeks with my first pregnancy.  Luckily, I am now 12 weeks pregnant (after ttc over 2 years) and so far, so good!  I didn't think it was going to happen though and became so depressed that I even began taking antidepressants after the miscarriage.  Anyhow, I did a ton of different experiments on the cycle we conceived.  Clomid 50 mg, Sperm Meets Egg Plan, castor oil packs day after period ended up until 1 day prior to ovulation, used soft cups on my most fertile days, used Pre seed each time, used Mucinex all week, drank grapefruit juice and pomegranate juice each day, stayed super hydrated, put pineapple core in my smoothie after ovulation.  I'm guessing it was the Clomid and the SMEP that really pushes us along - but those are all my tricks!  I hope it works for you too!
