My son had this a few ago he started sleeping full nights in his crib and he moves around quite a bit.. He is also a big drooler :(. I bought some 100% cotton sheets, i think the polyester ones i had were causing him irritations and i also put some lotion and vaseline on his cheeks before bedtime... a few days later his skin is perfect again. Hope this helps ;).

My daughter has that but she is teething!!! And shes 6 months has 2 teeth already. Maybe your lo is secretly teething
