Mothers milk tea works for some, but I used supplements from Euphoric Herbals. They really helped, plus tons of water and frequent pumping or nursing.

Mother's Milk Tea is amazing to increase supply!!! Can get t at Walmart, target anywhere that sells tea bags really :) good luck!

I drank a gallon to a gallon and half of water daily. Also a G2 Gatorade as well daily and never had a supply issue

I drank raspberry leaf tea when I was nursing my first 2 kids and it worked amazing
