I'm 24+4 and on Friday night i went to the ER because I experienced a gush of blood randomly around 10pm. They examined me and did an ultrasound and sent me home not too long after. They told me to refrain from sex and rest over the weekend. They figured since I had had sex around 24 hours prior that explained it. So last night I was awakened to the feeling of blood in my pants around midnight. Got up and there it was again! Bright red again. It was definately less than the first time but looked like new blood. Went the ER yet again, got examined, ultrasound was fine. They told me it COULD have been left over from Friday even though it was bright red and not brown. The ob literally said she didn't have an answer for me. She put me off of work for 2 more days to rest. I've had a near perfect pregnancy with no complications so she said if it happens again they will keep me for observation.  Did anyone else experience this? We all agreed it wasn't just spotting which can be normal
