please let it be labor

I spent most of yesterday feeling sick, and been incredibly thirsty for two days and today my entire lower back and belly feel tight, light I'm wearing a tummy tightening belt. Baby has non stop moved since 9 am (it's 4pm now). Please please let this be a sign, I'm ready to gooo. (Due may 20th)
