How much discharge is too much??

Okay so please no judgement but.. I have a lot of discharge. Sometimes more than others and a lot of times it's so bad that it feels like I just peed my pants. And sometimes it's creamy and white, sometimes it's clear, sometimes it's thick and sometimes it's not. Sometimes it smells strong but not like the fishy smell, a different smell, I don't know how to describe it. I get scared when my boyfriend goes down there because of it. Please help!
