Nexplanon opinions?

Does anyone use the Nexplanon implant for birth control?? This seems like the best option for me, but curious to hear what other people think! Positives? Negatives? Thank you!

While on the nexiplan implant I haven't got pregnant 🎉 that's the upside. Downside is that I put on weight and my periods are verr irregular causing me to worry constantly if I'm pregnant or not. Aside from that it's the best drcision I've ever made ☺️

The first few months sucked, bleeding randomly and long, but after 4 months I barely have a period. Right now it's been 9.5 weeks since my last one and I have no signs of having one soon. I have gained weight, but I do on any birth control(I definitely am not a person who eats well and exercises a lot all the time). I'll definitely get another after I have this one out and a baby once my fiancé and I get married! It's magic for me.
