Know what a HSG is? Have you done it?
I scheduled an appointment with my primary care (female) doctor next week. Physical intimacy has already started to feel like a dreaded part time job.
The last doctor I went to see was a male doctor. I usually request a female doctor as preference. This male doctor made me cry out loud when he said "keep doing what you're doing, you're doing everything right". You can imagine my frustration over that as I've been actively ttc#2 for 14 mths now. He left me lost without providing any other suggestions or methods to get pregnant in my future. Devastated, angry and disappointed.
My husband recently suggested an hsg. I feel hope again that there is something I can still do to find out why I can't get pregnant. But I am scared to request of this from my doctor that she will only turn me down. Please help with any suggestions or ideas. Some guidance from anybody's experiences with HSG hysterosalpingogram would shed a light for me. Thank you
