TTC after Birth Control

Hi ladies! Do you know how long it usually takes to get pregnant after coming off birth control? My husband and I are TTC but I just came off birth control (sprintec) and I was wondering if there is even a point in trying the next couple months because I've heard it can take 3 months... ☹️

I am 19, so could that lessen my chance of getting pregnant? Everything else is great.
