How likely is it to get a false positive?

Took a test  about four days ago and came out negative, took this test yesterday, definitely a faint line, been trying for two years now and finally, how likley is that it's a false positive. I'm so scared that I take another and it coming up negative. I'm excited but I'd be devastated if I don't end up being pregnant. Please help!
