long distance

My boyfriend is moving for a new job this weekend and I feel heartbroken. He says that he wants to try to make this work and I told him I want to as well. But I can't stop having meltdowns and I'm going to miss him like crazy. I can't eat or sleep thinking about it. I really want this to work but I'm scared as hell
