Why did you choose what you have?  What's your favorite and least favorite thing about it?

I DID use the pill. It helped to keep my skin clear.

I use Fertility-Awareness based methods!

I chose the IUD because my periods were complete out of whack and honestly I just wanted to feel like I was in control of something in my life at the time. It's almost stopped my periods so far and hasn't given me any problems! Plus it's the best birth control out there for preventing pregnancies🤗 so that's a big plus especially if you have a long time SO and you're both tested and don't need condoms! Such a relief and so easy and no worry! 
Bad thing: for just a month I had those terrible hurting red hormonal zits on my jaw line that I think was because of my body adjusting to the IUD (yes the hormones in those DO affect your body, don't let your doctor tell you they don't. Because they do. Just not nearly as much as the pills.) but that's the only bad thing I can think of... I never had any problems with the strings poking anything
