Could I have a uti I been having a lot of back pain feels like coming from the inside no burning when I pee or anything just the back pain I'm 12 weeks.

The does not necessarily sound like a UTI to me but if you're having a significant amount of back pain you need to let your doctor know.

Starting around 9-10 weeks, I had crippling back pain. Lasted for about 6 weeks and it has finally eased up!

I would say maybe because I had the same thing but I only had pain on left side of my back and nothing helped I had to go to the ER it was getting serious.. and I also didn't get a burning feeling while I went to the restroom
