Which method is better?

I didn't know there were different ways to shave.... (forgive me for being so naive)but I was told dry shaving reduces razor bumps..

Shaving with hair conditioner will reduce razor bumps. And help prevent any cuts. Ive been using it to shave with for over 10years. I got horrible bumps before then due to sensitive skin. But none at all since I started using the conditioner.

I just do wet shaving and i dont have any problems with it
