What age are you going to let your baby stay the night at grandmas?

My son is 20 months and I don't think he's ready but I'm due with a baby girl in 5 months so he's not gonna have much of a choice. I'm debating having his dad stay with him and my sister stay with me in the hospital but it's not definite yet. He would be with his other aunt his grandmas would never spend the night with him they're selfish but that's ok it's not their job anyways. If he was ready not I still don't know if I am ready for it. My best friend on the other hand has left her son with family members since her son was about 6 weeks old overnight to "rest" and have "date nights". To each their own

With my first I waited til he was one. With my second I'm not sure. I guess when he can sleep through the night probably. Mama's need a break sometimes

Whenever. My parents live across the street so...my step kids would stay every night over there though!

My son was 3 months old when he stayed with my parents overnight. Now, at almost 3 he would live with them if I'd let him!! lol 
It's all about what you're comfortable with. My husband and I needed a baby free day and night at the time to reconnect so to say  and I trust my parents completely to care for my child.
