Hi wonderful humans!

I had my IUD removed almost 3 weeks ago after having the Mirena for 18 months and then the Jaydess for 18 months (Mirena didn't agree with me at all). Before that, I was on oral birth control so I've not really had a true period for 10 years. I had no withdrawal bleeding after having the Jaydess removed but I had a tiny little bit of spotting last week... And now I've been getting motion sickness (which I've never had) and heavy achy breasts. I never really had a period when I was on my IUD, but judging from the one day of bleeding I had, my period would be due this Saturday and my partner and I had sex frequently during the time I guess I was ovulating .... do you think I'm just experiencing PMS for my first real period in a long time? I've never had pms symptoms before (very lucky I know). It's driving me crazy because we are obviously trying to conceive and maybe I'm just wishful thinking? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
