Implantation bleeding is not necessary for pregnancy and will not occur. Implantation, however, is and a pregnancy test will not be positive until 5-7 days AFTER implantation due to implantation telling your body to start producing hcg. That is with anyone and everyone. If you have spotting afterwards that is all it is.. spotting. Which is normal in early pregnancy.

My previous pregnancy last year ended in MC. Recently became pregnant.  No implantation bleeding both times.  I wonder how important it is to have implantation bleeding.
