Anyone else suffering from Sciatica pain? It feels like my hip is out of its socket and it hurts so much to walk.

I don't experience too much hip socket pain through the day but let me tell you it feel like a bomb going off in my socket all through the night. I actually can't sleep. Doesn't matter which side I sleep on it always my left hip. Now through the day time I'll have a gimp lol from sciatica down my leg but not all day long. Never fails though all night I struggle with hip socket pain. Weirdest thing ever. 6th baby and never had this before. Unsure of what to do with it ugh. Walking around my room at 2 a.m. Helps lol but the I'm wide awake haha

I noticed walking as straight as possible helps alot. Even the slightest hunch over sends pains through my hip down my left butt into my thigh. Try it and see

Yes yes yes! My OB recommended stretches to me so my SO helps me out with them, you can look them up online, I also try to lay on my side and keep my legs elevated. Or if it gets horrible take a Tylenol and use a heating pad or take a bath. My little loves laying deep in my back, he's camped out.

My chiropractor is the only thing that's helped. She's trained in the Webster technique which is all about us pregnant mamas. I go once a week and she has kept the really bad stabbing pain away. It took a few visits to get it under control, but now as long as I see her I do okay with it.

I had sciatica prior to getting pregnant and arthritis in my left hip. I see a chiropractor weekly and he has helped significantly, plus gave me stretches that help.
