negative pregnancy test 10days late

My period has never been this late unless I was pregnant. I have two teenage boys and I'm only 32. I'm very scared since the last time I went to the doctor they saw a small cyst on my ovaries. 10 days and pregnancy test is still saying negative. I guess I will see how my doctors appointment go today.
