constipation !! help!!!?

I am 5 weeks & 2 days pregnant. I'm having the worse constipation what can I do ?

I had the same problems for weeks. Tips: Drink lots of fluids (water) and make sure that there's extra fiber in your diet. I eat a tablespoon of linseeds every day for example (put it in some yoghurt). Also choose everything whole grain!

Someone said to me to have warm sugar water because I'm a fussy eater and I remember years ago using it on my baby when he was constipated and it worked x
