help! confused

Can anyone help me out here? I took this Kroger Brand test this morning and I swear I see a vvfl, but then i keep reading things that say blue dye tests are inaccurate and sometimes show false positives.

Little backstory on why I am confused. Have felt some pregnancy symptoms for the past week (tired, metallic taste in mouth, etc) but started what I thought was my period Saturday night (was due to start Sunday or Monday) , but it was very different than normal, none of my usual symptoms. Well fast forward two days and still having same pregnancy symptoms as before and decided to take a test.

Really hoping for a positive but don't want to get my hopes up.

So really two part question, has anyone else had what was at the same time as their period and a positive pregnancy test? And is that actually a positive or a false positive?
