How long would you wait to test

I am 6 days late and haven't tested because I'm scared I won't be pregnant. I am a full time employer and college student it's finals week and I am scared that maybe my period is late due to stress which is why I haven't tested. Should I wait for tomorrow? Or wait 2 weeks. What would you do. Also I've never been this late usually 1 or 2 days but this many days never!
