Can you use tampons during mc after tissue and clots stop?

Blood is everywhere and it's ruining my clothes! Clots have stopped, tissue has stopped it's just lots of blood. Can I use tampons now? I want to take a bath and save at least some of my clothes...

No luv. The risk of infection is just too high. You need to have completely bleeding from the miscarriage and you can use tampons during toe next period. I know it's tough. Your cervix is still open, and unless you've had an ultrasound you can't be certain all the clots etc. have passed.

I bought Depends underwear and put a nighttime pad on top. They are actually quite discreet. Don't use tampons as your cervix is open and you could get an infection.
