My step daughter is only 4 years old and her mother has successfully kept my husband away from their daughter. Her mother is finally being held accountable as we have contempt court in 2 weeks. That's not the point of my post though, we just found out today what kind of life my step daughter has been living. Her mother's fiance has been banned from ever going on the property again (she has a low income apartment) because of the violence between both of them, they're on the verge of being evicted because of how her mother acts (She's really violent), she had a dvp against her fiance but dropped it and allowed him back around where the cops were yet again called, he had hit my step daughter and it's to the point that she screams and cries when he's around. A lady who works for the apartments she lives in told us to go get every police report as they're public records and take her to court that my step daughter is not in a safe environment.
